A couple weeks ago I ended up buying a new Kia Sportage. Did I *intend* to buy a new car? No. I was there to get the brakes done on my '15 Sportage and while I waited I walked around the lot...you know...just to see what the current models Sportages look like. I wasn't actively looking to get a new car. While I was perusing the lot I was on a call with my manager, who finished the conversation with "Good luck with your new car".But I wasn't there to get a new car, I was just there to get my brakes done. That's all....but she put the notion in my mind.Fast forward to sitting in front of my computer looking at the cars available at Kia Store East...you know...just to see what's out there. As I scrolled I kept coming back to this one that was a copper color. I knew the colors I didn't want, which basically left me with red, blue, or this copper color that grew on me the more I looked at it. I had a couple questions so I used their Chat feature to engage with someone at the dealership. Will Shelton was the person at the other end of the monitor and was able to answer the questions I had, and even provided me his cell number should I have additional questions after he left for the day.Fast forward (again) to that evening. We had dinner nearby (slyly by design) and Will was still answering my questions. The dealership was open until 9:00 and were, after all, right around the corner. He advised Hana that we'd be stopping by to look at the copper-ish colored car that had caught my eye. I told them that I just wanted to look at the car, that I wasn't going to sign anything that night, and that I had an appointment with Will the next day. We got there and were greeted by Hana and worked with a gentleman named Trey.A few minutes after we arrived we were looking at the copper-ish colored 2019 Sportage and taking a test drive. I loved the look, the feel, and the drive of that car, but all we wanted to do was to check it out. Besides, this whole concept was only a couple hours old in my wife's mind and she needed time to digest it and to work a few things out in her mind. While I'm pretty sure they would have liked us to sign some paperwork that night, we needed time to process and had an appointment with Will the next day to take a deeper dive. It also turns out that the vehicle we test drove was a model level higher than what we could afford. At home that night we looked at a couple other Kia dealerships in the area for the "better fit" Sportage and found it at the Preston Highway location. On the phone with Hana the next day my wife told her about this car at the other dealership and Hana basically sent Will to that location to get the car and bring it over for our appointment. When he was there he noticed that one of the features I was adamantly looking for wasn't on this particular car and took the time to find a vehicle that DID have one of my make-or-break features (HIGH MARKS to Will on that!) and brought back to Kia Store East. He, literally, went the extra mile bring back the exact car I was looking for. The exact car that I had no notion I was looking for 24 hours ago.3:00 that Saturday afternoon we showed up to test drive the care that Will went to get...and we LOVED it. Everything about it. Paperwork ensues (My wife had worked with Hana to iron out the cost/payment options) and less than two hours later I was on my way with a 2019 Burnished Copper Kia Sportage. This marks the first time in my history of car buying that I've had two models of the same car. I like the Sportage THAT much. All this happened a little over 24 hours after my boss put that notion in my mind.Will, Hana, and Trey were great to work with, and I have to thank them for their help, patience, and willingness to work with us. They did a GREAT job and you can tell they have a passion for what they do.

Glad I went into Kia store yesterday , at first I thought I just go check the car out instead of I bought the 2019 Kia sporatge , thanks to Paul III Polluck and Ben , they were very helpful and nice I really apprecate them , again thank you so much .
