I was traveling from Cincinnati to Evansville, IN and on the way I had an Engine Check dash light come on. I called my KIA dealer back in Cincinnati and he said that I could probably wait until I got home to bring it in as it was not flashing. I was uncomfortable with the Check Engine dash light condition so I brought it the the nearest KIA dealer (Kia Store East) for diagnostics and repair. I arrived at the dealer early afternoon and approached the service desk with my problem and explained that I was not from Louisville and on my way to IN. The Service Agent I first spoke to had explained that if I brought my vehicle to Auto Zone that there would be no charge for the diagnostics. Anther Service Agent (don't remember her name) intervened with my dialog with the other Service Agent and explained that if I brought my vehicle to AutoZone that they would run the diagnostics for free but, I would eventually end up back at the dealer to fix the issue once diagnosed. So, the Service Agent was very courteous and said she could have a tech take a look and get me in right away. She showed me to the waiting room with beverages and snacks and TV and said that it would be ~ 30 min or so. She came out a couple of times to ask me some questions about my driving experience and recent history with the van. So, in roughly 1/2 (as promised) she returned and explained what the problem was and the work that was completed to solve the problem. I was just glad they were able to properly diagnose the problem and fix it in a short period so I could get back on the road. The Service Agent that took my case was the definition of perfect customer service and is to be congratulated for the exemplary way in which she quickly and efficiently made my service experience a very positive one! I only wish that I lived in Louisville so I could come back again.
Had my Kia Soul serviced for the first time. Everyone's was friendly and efficient. The service was completed in a timely manner. Overall, it could not have gone any smoother.

We went to Kia store East again to trade our car. Again, we were treated with the upmost respect, and like a family member who has come back home. Trey was our salesman and made purchasing a car, like sitting in the kitchen talking to a neighbor over a cup of coffee. The rest of the team did everything they could to make sure we were happy, as well. We will always go to Kia store East for our vehicles!
